how every coin runs.
The server enforces exactly these rules. Every number on this page is read from the same file the launcher runs on, so it can't drift from what happens on chain. For how it all looks on Solscan and on trading terminals, read the guide.

start a coin.
Name, ticker and image, then four choices that are locked for good once the coin starts: how it starts (circle or instant), what it pays in (Zcash or Monero), where its fee goes (holders, burn, split) and its payday goals (a fees goal and a market cap milestone ladder).
You pay 0.1 SOL to the coin's own pot address. That address is unique to the coin and shown on its page, so every deposit can be checked on Solscan. The start fee covers the pool and mint rent; what's left goes to the psst treasury once the coin is finished. It also keeps the list free of spam.
There is no dev allocation, no reserved supply and no starter cut of the fee.

nothing to snipe.
The mint address is derived on the server from a secret and the coin's id. Nobody sees it before the coin goes live, the starter included. The Raydium LaunchLab pool doesn't exist until the go live transaction creates it, and that same transaction spends the whole pot on the first buy.
There is no block before it, so a sniper or a bundle has nothing to get in front of. Bots can still buy one block later, at a higher price than the circle paid. That's the point: the circle is first, together.

the circle.
A circle is 20 spots at one spot price, picked by the starter from 0.01 to 0.5 SOL. Every spot costs exactly that, so every member gets the same bag. One spot per wallet.
You take a spot by sending the spot price plus a 0.0025 SOL delivery charge to the pot address. The delivery charge opens your token account and pays for sending your tokens. Anything over that comes back when the coin goes live.
There is no timer to race. The coin goes live the moment the last spot is taken, so spot one and spot 20 get the same deal. If the circle isn't full within 24 hours it is cancelled and every wallet is refunded in full.
A payment that doesn't get a spot (circle full, under the spot price, wallet already in, or linked) is refunded straight away, and so is anything sent to a coin that is already live.

linked wallets.
Every wallet is traced before it gets a spot: its recent SOL transfers in and out. Two wallets are linked if one sent SOL to the other, or if both were funded by the same wallet and that wallet isn't a busy hub such as an exchange. Pot addresses of other psst coins never count as a link.
All 20 spots must be held by unlinked wallets. A wallet linked to anyone already in is refunded at once and the spot stays open for someone else. Splitting a bag across fresh wallets gets you nothing.

going live.
When the last spot is taken, one transaction from the pot address creates the coin on Raydium LaunchLab and buys with the whole pot: 1,000,000,000 supply, no mint or freeze authority, 793,100,000 on the bonding curve, graduating to a Raydium CPMM pool at 85 SOL raised.
Within about a minute the pot sends every member their tokens, split exactly by what each one put in, so everyone in the circle paid the same price. Refunds of anything over the spot price go out in the same transactions.

fees per trade.
Every trade on the curve pays Raydium 0.25%, psst 0.5% (the platform fee) and the coin itself 0.5%. The coin's part is its LaunchLab creator fee, claimed by that coin's own pot address, so each coin's fee is kept apart on chain. It never goes to the starter.
At graduation the coin moves to a Raydium CPMM pool and its liquidity tokens are burned, so the liquidity can never be pulled.
where the fee goes.
Picked by the starter and locked at start. It can't be changed later.
holdersEvery payday (a fees goal or a market cap milestone, whichever comes first) the coin's fee is paid to everyone holding it, in its pay coin, weighted by how long they've held (1x to 3x over 7 days).
burnEvery payday the fee saves in the coin's burn vault. Each time it reaches 0.1 SOL, the vault buys the coin back and burns it.
splitHalf of every payday pays holders in the pay coin, half saves in the burn vault for the next burn.
payday goals.
Picked by the starter and locked at start. There is no clock: a payday runs when the coin hits a goal.
Every coin has two payday goals. A payday runs as soon as either one is reached, whichever comes first. At each payday the coin's pot claims its creator fee and pays it out by its fee mode.
Each time the coin has collected this much in trading fees, a payday runs. Then it starts collecting toward the next one.
Each meter is fees collected against the fees goal. When it fills, a payday runs and the next meter starts filling.
- Starter picks
- 0.1 to 25 SOL
- Default
- 1 SOL
The first time the market cap reaches the next milestone, a payday runs. Milestones start at the first milestone and grow by the step each time one is reached.
- Starter picks
- $10k to $5M
- Default
- $50k, x2
The starter picks the fees goal (0.1 to 25 SOL), the first market cap milestone ($10k to $5M) and the step between milestones (x1.5, x2, x3). All three are locked once the coin starts. Coins that didn't pick use 1 SOL, $50k and x2.
Every 60 seconds the server reads both goals from the chain: the fees the coin has collected (its unclaimed creator fee plus anything held over) and its market cap in USD. The fees goal repeats for as long as the coin trades. Each milestone pays once; if the market cap jumps past several at once, each counts once and the next milestone is the first one above it. A milestone payday pays out whatever fee has collected by then, so it can be smaller than a fees goal payday.
Each payday the fee is split between everyone holding the coin, not only the circle. Pools, programs and the coin's own pot don't count. Nothing to claim, nothing to sign.
Each holder's weight is the smaller of what they hold now and what they held at the last payday, times their hold streak. So buying right before a payday earns nothing until the next one, and there is nothing to gain by jumping in and out. The 200 largest weights are paid each payday, which keeps every payday to a bounded number of transactions.
A coin with little trading can take a long time to reach its fees goal, and a milestone may never be reached. Nothing runs on a timer in between.

pay coins.
The pay coin is picked by the starter and locked at start. Both are real SPL tokens on Solana with Jupiter liquidity from SOL. Each payday the pot makes one Jupiter swap from SOL into the pay coin for everyone being paid, measures exactly what arrived, splits it pro rata to each share and sends it out, seven wallets per transaction.

small shares carry.
Already holds the pay coin account: paid once your share plus carry reaches 0.0001 SOL.
No pay coin account yet: paid once your share plus carry reaches 0.02 SOL. Your first payout opens the account, and its rent (0.00203928 SOL) comes off your own share, so the pot never pays rent for anyone and rent is at most about 10% of that first payout.
Carry: anything smaller waits in SOL in the pot and is added to your next share. Nothing is skipped. If the whole payday adds up to less than 0.005 SOL, nothing is bought and everything carries to the next one.

take home.
On a Zcash coin you can take your payouts home to a Zcash address. Sign one message with your wallet and the address on take home. No funds move when you sign. The server checks the signature and checks the address with a dry NEAR Intents 1Click quote.
From then on your share on every Zcash coin collects in SOL. Once it reaches 0.1 SOL the pot gets a live 1Click quote (SOL to native ZEC), sends the SOL to that quote's deposit address and submits it. If 1Click can't deliver, the refund goes to your own Solana wallet, never back to the pot.
Clearing the address moves anything still waiting back into carry, paid on Solana as usual. Monero can't go home: 1Click has no route to Monero itself, so XMR is paid on Solana only.

burn vault and split.
Burn vault. At every payday the fee saves in the coin's burn vault (its pot address); like holder coins, the fee is only claimed when the coin hits a payday goal. Each time the vault holds 0.1 SOL it buys the coin on its own curve and burns exactly what it bought, so supply only goes down. After graduation there is no curve left to buy on, so the vault pays holders instead.
Half and half. Half of every payday is paid to holders in the pay coin, by the rules above. The other half saves in the burn vault for the next burn.

starter lock.
A starter who takes a spot can lock their own tokens for 7 days. They stay in the coin's pot address and release evenly over those days, in small slices, straight to the starter's wallet. The coin page shows a starter lock badge.
Locked tokens still count as held, so the starter keeps earning paydays on them and keeps their hold streak.

From the moment a coin starts until 72 hours after it goes live, its ticker, its name (ignoring case, spaces and symbols) and its launch tweet are locked on psst. Tickers that only look alike (P3PE and PEPE) are allowed but flagged on the coin page.
This covers psst only. Nobody can prevent a copy on another launchpad, so always check the mint.

what this doesn't do.
It doesn't make a coin go up. Anyone, circle members and the starter included, can sell at any time, and price can go to zero. The wallet trace catches simple sybils, not determined ones. Paydays only come when a coin hits its goals, so a quiet coin may wait a long time, and the pay coin moves with its own market both ways. No amount is promised.
Nothing here is a promise of profit.
